Many: Let us go as people living in the knowledge that through Jesus’ triumph over death, the gates of heaven are open for all! Alleluia! In the church calendar, we are in the season known as Eastertide, or Easter. In Eastertide, we remember the resurrected Christ and we anticipate our own resurrection. We can celebrate this season by looking for signs of new life in the world around us. In the church calendar, Easter lasts for seven weeks, bringing us to the season of Pentecost. The colors that mark Easter are white and gold. Upcoming Events The Blessing Pitcher is out today for our 3 graduates. Bless them if you can. Danny Crego will be teaching a Wesleyan class starting on Friday, May 2nd at 7:00 p.m. We will have a float in the Apple Blossom Parade again this year! Please plan to ride with us or walk alongside on Saturday, May 17th.
